Our approach to IT Outsourcing

Interweave IT offers various IT Support services to Small and Medium Businesses. We also offer a low cost call out rate for Home Users.

Our aim is to give the same level of service a company could expect by employing a full time IT support technician. We understand that for small and medium businesses, having such a person employed full time is not always cost effective, and they are generally under used. By outsourcing your IT to us, we will be on call whenever you need us*, and if we cannot fix the problem remotely, we will be at your side within the agreed time scale**.

We only employ high caliber technicians with a background covering a wide range of technologies. All our technical staff are trained to close all service calls themselves, and where possible within one phone call, or where required in a single site attendance.

Whether you choose our hourly support, or decide to go with our "Virtual IT Department" monthly contract, you always have access to our highly skilled technical staff.

 

* Standard Hours 8.30am - 6pm. Extra charges for out of hours support.
** Service Level Agreements are worked out for each contract.
